1. Order Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery zone limitations.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and ApplePay.

  • In case of pricing errors, the customer will be informed before the order is processed.

3. Deliveries

  • We offer home delivery within all Eagle Pass.

  • The delivery fee is $10 for orders below $30. Orders above $30 have a $5 delivery fee.

  • Estimated delivery time is 15–30 minutes, subject to traffic and weather conditions.

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders cannot be canceled once preparation has begun.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the order was delivered incorrectly, in poor condition, or not delivered at all.

  • To report an issue, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

5. Website Use

  • Misuse of the site, including hacking, unauthorized reselling, or uploading malicious content, is strictly prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse is detected.
